Relax into a meditative state for complete healing of the mind, body and soul. Enhanced with crystals, sound and aromatherapy, I will work with you to assess any physical or emotional blockages, release what no longer serves you, and open you up to receive positive, loving and healing energy. . I will finish with an Oracle reading. and connect with your higher self to receive guidance on important questions and decisions in your life.

Animal Reiki
Animals feel emotions just as much as humans, and are more intuitive as well. I gently connect with animals energetically to help calm your fur babies and send them loving and healing energy. Great for senior animals and those who are feeling anxious or sad following the loss of a fellow pet or loved one. Reiki can be performed at a distance in whatever setting makes the animal most comfortable. I also visit zoos, shelters, pet hospitals and veterinarian centers to bring comfort to animals who are sick or confined.

Chakra Balancing
The Seven Chakras are the energy centers in our bodies where energy flows. I will perform a chakra assessment and cleansing, leaving you open and balanced from crown to root. When your chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. I will finish with an Oracle reading.

* the difference between this and Reiki is that here we will focus only on clearing out and balancing the chakras that are blocked, whereas with Reiki we work on the whole body and also spend more time on your intentions. I look at chakra cleansing as more of a "maintenance" between Reiki sessions -- or if you are just feeling stuck and need a quick energy adjustment, this is a good option.
