Introducing

The Healing Nest

In January I created a vision board and one corner was dedicated to a space that I visualized for meditation, relaxation and transformation. It was outdoors in nature, with a soaking tub, lots of green plants and trees, places to sit and meditate or eat and a massage table that I can use for Reiki sessions. I also visualized a tea shop with shelves of plants and herbs that I could cull to make intentional teas for my guests. It's a pet friendly place where animals can play and be loved and where friends can gather and share a meal and have fascinating conversations without judgement. To that end,...
